Take a look at the AltRider oil cooler guard.



It comes in both black and silver anodized aluminum, and protects your BMW R 1200 GS from rocks, road debris, or anything else that might fly toward your vulnerable oil cooler. While its primary job is to protect, it also maximizes air flow to keep that oil cooler working well. Another feature is the pre-attached adhesive pads on the guard. The beak isn’t strong, so incorrect installation of an oil cooler guard has the potential to harm it. We designed ours this way so damage wasn’t even an issue – it’s nearly impossible to install incorrectly.

The rear brake reservoir guard is made from durable aluminum, and it eliminates concerns of damage, contamination, and tampering. Because of the unique cutout design, you can check fluid levels without removing it.



The rear brake master cylinder guard is also made from aluminum, and offers substantially more protection than the stock OEM guard.



The side stand foot provides a larger area for the R 1200 to rest on, making falls on soft ground less likely. It’s the most ergonomic design on the market, easily letting you kick it down while still on the bike. That’s thanks to the shape, larger size, and 3D traction.
