BMW of Santa Cruz (Watsonville)

It's not very often that I'm SHOCKED by outstanding service but when I am, I like to share.

On Monday I ordered an oil cooler screen, a headlight protector, and a full Remus for my R1200GS Adventure from Santa Cruz BMW. These guys have always been great to work with so I was hoping to get everything here and on the bike by this weekend.

On Tuesday, the next day, my parts were at my house. I live in the Sacramento area.

It's hard for me to believe you can order something from a shop 180 miles away and have the entire order, including non-BMW parts, the next day.

I can't say enough about these guys. They are a class act and always have been.

Needless to say I had the parts on the bike the next day and went for a ride on the 4th.

BTW the Remus rocks on this bike. Adds a bit of character and a little kick compared to stock after 6,000 RPM.

Just thought I would share a great experience.
