That's a hard one. If it's warm enough I'll sometimes just let myself get wet! That assumes a short time in the rain.

I'll put the rain liner in my R2P but leave all the vents open for my upper body. I've a pair of rain pants for my lower body. Don't recall the brand. I picked them up from newenough .

Santiago by BMW. Horribly expensive but seems to work.

Default jacket and pants

Olympia makes a great MESH jacket and pants called the Airglide 3 Mesh. Inside the jacket and pants is a waterproof shell that can be worn under the jacket and/or pants or as a stand alone rain pant or rain jacket. check it out.
