Casual bike pants... but waterproof

Hi all,

So, we have waterproof motorcycle pants, with protectors and all (I wear Rev'it), and they're good, but they look like... well, motorcycles pants. Then, we have motorcycle jeans, with some protection (I wear BMW denims) but... they're not waterproof. Is there any kind of motorcycle pants or jeans causal enough to go to work with, yet reasonably waterproof?
