Arai XD-3 cheek pads

Hi,

I just bought an Arai XD-3, which I love, except for one thing: I just can't seem to be able to put one cheek pad back in place. I follow the instructions carefully, I slide the back tab under the padding, then I try to snap the front on, but no way. I just cannot do it. Nothing snaps. The pad just remains loose. Is there a trick I should know about? Or is it back tot the dealer's, which I'd hate to have to do? Thank you.

It's okay now. I found why I couldn't do it. My mistake. Thanks anyway.
