Greetings
I'm looking to start the endless road of riding gear purchases and am fishing around for recommendations on an armored jacket to fit my gangly 6'7" frame. I'll be riding in the warmer months for now so proper ventilation is necessary. Quality rules. What do you like in 3xlt? thanks! |

The British Motorcycle Gear Adventure Jacket comes in sizes up to XXXXL. (Don't be fooled by the British name - although it is a continuation of a Belstaff design, it's sold out of San Diego by a guy called Paul Brooks who does great customer service.)
There are also matching pants. This is me in NorCal last year, wearing the complete suit. ![]() The next day we saw ambient temperatures of 102 deg F in the Napa Valley. The jacket and pants both offer great ventilation. It's a very robust and versatile suit. One of the reviews on the site tells of the owner having a 30 mph crash without any damage whatsoever to the jacket and I've had a very similar experience. http://www.britishmotorcyclegear.com...ure-jacket.asp
