Zumo 450

I recently bought the Garmin Zumo 450 and WOW! what a great and easy to use unit. I love the fact that it has the music MP3 player built into it. I bought the 450 instead of the 550 because I was not interested in the XM radio or Bluetooth. The unit works perfect and is easy to see even in sun! Caution however! Do not expose any GPS to temps above 130 degrees F. I had a friend that ruined his GPS by covering his bike on a really hot day with a black cover like my Aerostich unit. When he uncovered it the GPS panel was fried! Also , if you decide on the Zumo 450 be aware that you will save $200 bucks off the price of the 550 however the 450 does not come with the car mount or car power cord or the AC power cord. You get the 450 loaded with all maps, the MapSource CD, the power cord for the bike, the Ram mount for the handle bars and that's it. Ron Ray

I bought the 450 and couldn't be more pleased with the unit. I retrospect, now I would buy the 550 strictly for the car cradle.
