Rack Add On Design

I am working on a custom rack for my GSA and would like some help. Does anyone have a profile spec of the GSA tail and mounting brackets?

I would like to retain the OED saddle and top boxes so my design will work around them. So my design will be an add-on to mount to the existing brackets. Right now it is on a “napkin” but would like to progress in the drawing/design.
