Default Brighter lights GSA

Has anyone convertered their GSA H7 high and low beam lights from halogen to the new xenon H7's I,m aware they need a ballast fitted and ask if the alternater has the capacity or the oomph to do the job.
H7 xenon are readily available at any auto sparkie at a reasonable cost and I was just wondering if this is apossibility.

Default Pilot HID conversion

I just did a conversion to HID on my GS 1200.
Since the change, my engine is not running as it should.
I haven't figured out the problem yet:
Canbus ?
EMC ?
power consumption ?

I do not get any warnings so I presume Canbus is OK, but not sure.

Anybody an idea ?

I know it sounds trite, but check the throttle cables where they enter the throttle bodies. Sometimes during work on the bike, one is pulled out enough to hang up on the lip instead of being properly seated. This won't show up as a fault, but will cause rough running.

Yesterday noon, I took the bike to go home after work and guess what: engine was running as it should. I did a small tour to make sure and everything looks fine. The problem seems to have gone without any change.
Still don't know what it was.
I surely hope it doesn't come back
