I want to commend the online merchant Wunderlich America. When I mailed them about a wrong item that I bought inadvertently because there was a slight confusion on their Web site, they replied immediately. They apologized for the misunderstanding, and said they would send me the right item immediately, without waiting for me to send them the article back, and go through the exchange process and chore. And they did. Three days later, the item is on its way. Oh, and this was on a Saturday.
So, next time, you go shopping online for your GS, give Wunderlich a thought: « http://www.wunderlichamerica.com/mm5...Code=R1200GS08 »

They have a lot of confusions on their web site. They say you can pay via PayPal but it never work.

same here.. I love the vario windscreen. eliminated all the buffeting issues I was having..

ditto... the stock GS screen was crap - the vario with its two different top screen sizes [summer / the rest] and adjustable height has been awesome. I thought it would be pretty fugly but honestly it's grown on me. I think the fixed bottom part being smoke instead of clear makes a big difference.

Hi All,
Wish I could say the same... ![]() I have several Wunderlich products fitted to my GS and they are all great. Unfortunatley, the so called "ultimate Ergo Screen" I paid over $400.00 for does not live up to it's name. The screen actually increased the buffeting around my head to the point where any speed above 100km/h was unbearable. The rigidness of the screen is also quite poor, as the top of it would bounce up & down at the slightest bump, creating an annoying ripple effect with the wind around my head...? I explained this to my local Wunderlich dealer, to which he replied "That's unfortunate"...! ![]() So I fitted the BMW Tall screen which is great at almost 1/3 price of the Wunderlich. |
