Default The pieces are together....

I've received the Tobinators and the CB windshield and they both work extremely well together. The Tobinators are simply amazing. I went through a research project trying to find anything on the internet that discounted the Tobinators and their effeteness; I came up empty handed. I'm 6'00" with a 33" inseam and put the front part of my 07 GS seat up with the back bar in the low position. This system has all but completely wiped out the helmet buffeting. I can hear the motor and with sunglasses can ride up to 60 mph with my visor up. The process was worth every day of waiting and the money spent. I even ordered the Tobinators from Nippy Normans straight from the UK. No problems in the least and had the product in about week.

Big screen helps to reduce turbulence. I fitted a Givi screen on mine and I am very happy with, but I added the side winglets, and THEN, I had much less turbulence.
Now I use the Givi in winter and OE in summer, but with the winglets.

I received and 'installed' Cee Bailey's biggest windshield offered (22 x 20inches), along with the winglets, today. What a difference! It's perfect... That dinky little stock screen was horrible.

I will say that if you get Cee Bailey's screen, make sure you pay attention to the bolts and such when you remove your old one. Seems their instructions have worthless diagrams, so it becomes a lesson in reverse engineering. I still don't think I've got it right, but it's on there and secure... The winglets turned out to be the easy part, even though you're driving holes in your bike.

I have the 20x20 C- Bailey and left the original screws on the windshield. The new screws have stops on them and you can't raise the screen that high. I rode the bike with the shield in the second highest position at 100 MPH and the screen was fine. I do get some noise but the ear plugs take care of that. I didn't install the winglets yet because the buffeting was gone. The new screen is thinner than the stock one but it still works well. I'm 6'-6" tall and have BMW's tall seat.

Night and day between the stock and C-Bailey screen, no buffeting. The bike was a battle to ride with the stock screen (too much wind pushing me around).
