Engine Guards

Hi guys -
New to this forum and also to the BMW world. Just bought this 2008 R12 and it had these engine guards installed - however they are two piece and where they connect the connection looks broken - can you identify who makes these bars - i cannot find these on the web anywhere.

Hi guys:
Need some help identifying who makes these engine guards. Just got the bike and my first GS. The guards needs some repairs where they fit together.
Any ideas?

Can't tell from the picture, but they look similar to the BMW guards.
