fuel gage showing full all the time?

Hi all, once again a new owner of a R1200GS.. I just picked up my 09 and it appears the fuel gage is showing full all the time... any suggestions? I would appreciate it.. also I have noticed that in first gear to second gear there is a pretty good clunk.. running in first gear, back and forth on the throttle there seems quite a lot of clunk going on.. is this normal for the GS? once again, thank you for your responses.. Fuel gauge....fairly common complaint which seems to solve itself some of the
time.

Transmission clunk.....very common complaint which always is solved
by new owners foot getting educated to the Getrag transmission. Its
a don't worry it will be fine deal.
