Default How to Install a Sirius or XM Radio on my 2007 GS

Howdy - Has anyone mounted either a Sirius or XM radio to their R1200GS? Is so, please share with me the steps or procedures involved or steer me to a website that might walk me through it.

My wife and I already have J & M headsets I can transfer over from my Goldwing (hopefully) to the GS.

Thank you fellow Beemerphiles!

Default Sirius/XM Radio

That would work too but I was trying to avoid using a GPS. I just wanted to install another XM vehicle mounting kit on the GS and have tunes when on the road. Besides, I like getting lost...LOL.

Thanks T6Pilot

Subject drift: If you like getting lost you'll LOVE a GPS. It facilitates getting lost better than any paper map. Just zoom in until you can only see the trees in the forest of roads and turn whenever the GPS displays a wiggly line. You'll be lost in no time.

I give riders who follow me fair warning on the back of my helmet:

Default Hi Marc...

Yeah but the GPS models I've seen my Goldwing friends use have a sultry female voice telling them they've missed their turn or to that effect.

I already have a wife behind me that does that...LOL!!
