Default Vibration turning

Hello friends, i have a doubt.

My GS vibrates(yes, I have other vibrate problem) while turning left or right, more right than left I think..... at 40km/h. I feel it on my hands and footpegs .Sometimes hands, sometimes foot. It possible to be the bearings of the front wheel or the rear?

Thanks for any help

They are new, about 1000km.

Both.

I have a noise at 80,90 km/h vuuuuuooooooo...I thought were the tires and I replaced but the noise continues. Everybody is saying thats not the bearings but I dont know what could be.
My bike have 59000km, year 05.

Tks

Default Maintenance and Modifications > Vibration turning

Two or three tire changes back, I noticed a vibration in my GSA and it turned out to be a faulty front tire. It was replaced by the manufacturer and the problem was solved. You may want to make sure your rims/bearings are okay.

Do your wheels turn free? Do they wiggle side to side? One possible source of vibration is a drive shaft U-joint -- but I'd expect to feel that all the time, not just when turning.

How are your shocks? Do you still have smooth damping? If the shocks are stock they are certainly due for replacement.

Ok, Marc thanks for answering.
My wheels turn free, there is a quite little wiggle about 1mm side to side , front and rear.
I feel a very small vibration all the time on the pegs but I think is normal. I never had a GS before. It disappears when I pull the clutch.
The vibration turning is very small and only at 40km/h
U joint, I hope don't!

What piss me off is the noise at 90km/h, VUOOOOOOOOOO

Shocks are stock, smooth dumping? I dont know. Appears a little bit hard, I thinks my strom was softer.

I will try to figure it out.

Thanks

I don't think wiggle at the front is a good thing. Up to a mm in the back when cold is OK according to BMW. Noise is often tire related.

Ok, it makes me crazy! Im noticing that the noise comes from the rear wheel much than the front. Appears like tire on the asphalt but im not believing! When I turn my head back and down close to the rear wheel I feel the noise coming from there. I lift the wheel and accelerate and a friend doesn't hear nothing. But the sounds bother me. Does yours have this noise at the back?

Its possible to be the rear bearing? But it will sound when the wheel is lifted, no?
Jesus...

There's a little wigg on the front wheel but no noise comes, just a vibration at the pegs and the steering. My screw of the pivot was a little loose and I tighten the screw. Is that true that the torque is very high?

Very thanks man

What type of roads are you riding on, Tuesday rode on a section of interstate near palm springs California vibration so bad pulled over to look at tires thought I was throwing some tread. Tires were fine and a few miles later pavement got smooth again. Agree with other posters it could be the tires, what kind and tread pattern make a big difference

T6, thanks for answering. I really feel the diference regarding the kind of roads. We got some really bad ones in Brazil but I ride another bikes such a DL650 and I dont notice any noise from the wheel. My tires are Michelin Anakee II. It could be the tire that is not 100% asphalt.

Hugs
