GS transmission they are made by GETRAG. Eighty five miles up the road from Berlin I am told. Not a household name, no but largest in the world. Annual production 2.6 million transmissions. GETRAG Corporate Group - The company I'm not sure who makes clutches for the GS but from the forums supposedly the water head is going to a wet clutch as opposed to the present dry clutch. This may be driven by the world police agency market as they beat up on the dry clutches. |
