Adventure & Vario Panniers

I'm looking at buying an Adventure but am not keen on the huge panniers it comes with as standard, does anyone know if the Vario panniers & topbox will fit straight onto the Adventures pannier mountings & rack without having to change them aswell.

The vario bags use a different mount. You may be able to find some used as any GS owner who adds after market bags will have some be doesn't need.
