Follow the biker GPS

Hi everybody.
Do you know if there's an option in GPS like tomtom to keep record of the place it has been ?

I know that some small devices such as Sony GPS for camera (less than 100 USD) can do that.
However I'd like to know if this is a feature tomtom supports.

Don't know the tom-tom unit. Garmin units have a track log. I use the track log to make route maps in trip reports, example at the bottom of http://www.snafu.org/smbc/trips/2009/sequoia/0912/

Different models have different memory sizes with a different number of points that it can store before the oldest points are overridden.
