I recently put on of these:
http://www.wunderlichamerica.com/mot...V/8110428.html on my GSA and am so pleased with it I thought i'd mention it. This set up utilizes a lower tinted section that is wider than the original, and comes with two (2) different sized upper screens, both of which are steplessly adjustable up and down over quite a range. Additionally, the factory tilt/angle adjustments are retained. With the larger upper screen on I rode some distance at highway speeds 65-75 mph and am stunned at the absolute piece and quiet! No turbulance, period. This is with the upper section positioned to where I'm looking over the top of the shield by several inches. Additionally, the optics are awesome, the distortion of the curved upper lip of the stock GSA screen is happily absent, and the thing looks darn good on the bike! If there is a downside (other than the $$) I haven't found it! This link is to the version for the adventure as it utilizes the existing upper windscreen brace that comes with the bike. They also have a version that includes their version of that upper brace for installation on the regular GS. Hope this helps. |
