Zega top box mounting rack, HELP!

I could use some help. I just opened the shipping box for my 38 L Zega Pro top box and mounting rack from Touratech. There are no mounting instructions for the mounting rack, I mean zero, nanda, none. There are a lot of brackets and bolts but there aren't any holes in the mounting rack. anyone have any experience with this that can guide me? It looks like I might need to drill some holes but I'd rather have some guidance beforehand. Any help would be appreciated.

Touratech has the instructions for most of their products on their website. Sometimes you'll find an english version, too, although the pictures and size of the mounting hardware is usually enough for me.
