Default advice on saddlebag mounts

I am new to the forum and GS ownership. I just purchased an 05 R1200GS and I am looking at putting some saddlebags on it. I am looking at the BMW adventure bags and the Trax bags. The Trax luggage utilizes SW Motech mounts from twisted throttle. Has anyone ever used these mounts? Does anyone know how wide they are? I would love to see a picture of them from the back of the bike. I have some concerns about how far they will stick out due to the muffler. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, by now I'm sure you have bought your bags. If you, I do have the TRAX 45 ltr bags on my GS. I could post pictures if you still need them. Tho tonight apparently the picture posting dohicky is broke, as I can't seem to post pix.

I installed Traxx bags on my 07' V-strom and they were pretty wide, but they were the large 45L bags, so if you put smaller bags on I.E 37L they aren't as wide I'm planning on putting 37L bags on my GS cause the 45L bags were a little overkill
