Sargent Seat
With all the positive feedback on this site I ordered the Sargent seat for my 12GS today. They have a sale going on so if you're considering a seat upgrade now is a good time. I got mine shipping included for about $280, saved about $50.

I just got mine yesterday. Now if enough snow and ice would melt that I could get to a safe road I'd tell you how it feels. Not the same going out to a 15 degree garage, sitting on the bike and going "Vroom, vroom, man this seat feels great...."
