Do you want a better tire for mud and off road?

I've not been satisfied with the selection of tires for the GS and i've often wanted a more aggressive approach to traction in the off road side of life for my gs. I've done the TKC 80's and it's not a bad trade off for light gravel and fire roads. But, I want more. More traction. I have an XR650r and ran a Teraflex tire on it and pounded the heck out of it for a season and was impressed that it took the abuse. That's why I called and asked the manufacture of the Teraflex to see if they can make me a tire that will fit the GS1200. No problemo they say, and they can have them in 4-5 weeks if there is enough call for them. So, I need to find out who is interested in a total "off road" version for a rear tire for our beloved GS. I do have a couple questions still not answered at this time which involves DOT ratings and Tubeless rims, but they are quick to respond back and i'll update as I get info.

I would like to know more first. could you let me know when you get more info. I have tried things out myself to get the best out of my bike but its too expensive would rather wait until i know whats best so your doing a great job on my eyes.
