Bump in tires

I put new Michelin tyres and I noticed some bumps after riding it with lower pressure than recommended (20 PSI).

Is the tyre ruin ? is this a safety problem and should I change the tyres ? the bumps are all along the tyre in the centre .

I checked with the BMW dealer and the problem is not that bad, he recommended to ride the bike with 39 psi in the front wheel and 42 in the rear.

Bit higher than the manual but is really hot here.
