I know this is short notice and it's because I forgot to post this here earlier:


You are cordially invited to our Land of Enchantment BMW Club's 24th Bavarian Mountain Weekend on 9/5-7 in the gorgeous mountain village of Sipapu. The LOEBMW club has many, many members who do not own BMWs (I don't) and all are welcome. I joined the club last summer after meeting some members at a local coffee haunt in the east mountains. It seems that the club is the primary non-HD riding club in the state. Here are the details and there'll be more to come. 018

Make plans now to visit us in Sipapu NM, a mountain village just 25 miles SE of Taos NM on State Highway 518. Pre-register by 8/30 as registration is limited. Rally pins will be given to the first 400. Adults $45, children 4-15 $25. Onsite registration will be $50 for adults and $30 for children. Friday night will feature our famous green chile stew and our Watermelon Mountain Jug Band. Sat. eve will include dinner and a classic rock band (to be announced). The area around Sipapu has great twisty and sweeper tarmac roads and dirt/gravel dual sport roads. Free onsite camping during rally.
