More PM SPAM

Another case of Private Message SPAM has been detected, where the spammer is trying to get you click on a link to likely do something bad. I've banned the spammer and deleted the PMs he sent.

I've also decided to disable private messages for all new users. PMs will be enabled for new users once the forum members get to know them.

i got another one today from razzroman asking me to click on a linke

marc on my forum i vet all the new members and check their IPs most the spam come from ripe network ip addresses i can forward a whole bunch to you if you want to put them in your filter?
