Yes motorcyclists are rarely at fault in multi-vehicle accidents, and when they do screw up it rarely causes huge property damage and injury (the thing that really gets expensive) to
other motorists. So liability only should be cheap for anybody who has a halfway decent driving record.
With Progressive you can add comp without collision and it's still reasonable. Then you aren't SOL in event of theft, fire, storm damage etc.
