Can't adjust the ESA ??????

I can switch between NORMAL/SPORT/CONFORT but if I press the ESA button again and stay holding nothing happens can't select 2up or luggage also can't select the little mountain or the big hill ?????????

Need some HELP here!

My single helmet icon never flash last Thursday the dealer made the 20k service and before I leave the dealership they set the ESA that way in front of me. On Sunday I ride with my wife and can't set the ESA for 2up


The nearest BMW Motorrad dealer is 350km away so I'm trying to avoid the trip to the dealership.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but I found that you can only switch the two helmets, luggage settings whilst in neutral standing still (not moving in gear),
All other settings eg. soft, sport comfy etc can be changed anytime.
