SAF-XO is just a Castrol brand name. It is SAE 75W-90. Any synthetic GL-5 75W-90 gear oil will do.

Castrol is a company

SAF-XO is a product

SAE 75W-90 is a specification.

Castrol (the company) makes a product (SAF-XO) that meets the SAE 75W-90 specification. Lots of companies make products that meet that specification.

Hello again

I just prefer synthetic oil 75W140 with specification GL5 by Liqui Moly for more than 100kmiles. I use it for the gearbox and the final drive with great success.

If you are in the UK contact Opie Oils (google them) I got Silkolene Syn 5 Gear Oil from them. They are nice and knowledgeable guys to talk to and they have a useful website.
