Opinions on a used bike?

Hey guys!

I'm new here and hoping to purchase a GS and become part of this community! I was wondering if I could get your thoughts on this bike I found online.

It's a 2006 has ABS/heated grips/onboard comp (are these things standard or optional? ) with only 3118 mi on it.

Is there anything noticeably wrong in the video?

Ive talked him down a bit but what is yall's opinion on how much it is worth?
Is there anything I should look out for when I go to look at it/testride it that is particular to this year/age of GS? Was a little worrying being an 06 and only having 3000mi on it.

Ive done a quick DMV VIN search/NICB VIN check and it looks clear. I'm anxious but dont want to jump on something that I think is a good deal if it isnt (which is why I want opinions of how much you would pay for it).

My first impression is that it is a real creme puff. It looks good.

In the video on my end the instrument cluster was flashing or rolling
or something. If that is correct that is not normal.

Guys on the forum tend to not want to get into pricing.

I'm surprised that it does not have engine crash bars. That fact and
the low mileage would make me want a good story on what its history
is.

It should have a 600 mile dealer new bike service...check that out.
