Help with a color...
I'm looking to replace my tank cover and front beak (currently black) on my 2007 R12GS with the dark yellow/orange that I've seen but I can't find the name of the factory color. It's not Desert Yellow - it's darker and has more red in it than Desert Yellow. Anyone?

Try " Namibia Orange", the color only came out on the 1200 GS in 2008. That was the color of my '08 GS. I was actualy thinking of changing my red '09 GSA to this color also, but I would have to do something with the seat!
My friend at the dealer gived me this sample of it! I think The N13 on the back of the sample is the color, not sure! Hope this helps! Art

I think it's the Mandarin. What matters though is what color yellow/orange I can get from the factory that fits a 2007 model. That may be just the Desert Yellow.

If this is the color you're looking for it's Mandarin Orange, my buddies 2001 1150 GS.

Glad to help. I love that color and have thought many times of painting my '05 Mandarin. If you change your's remember, we want pic's.
