Buying a used r1200gs , probably a 2006 model give or take a couple of years and would be grateful for any advice.

of buying a 2005 model. Got advice from friends and advice from this forum as well. (Much appreciated btw, thanks all) I did find this website that gave some info on buying a BMW (not GS). Some overall stuff I hadn't thought about.

Me too,2005 gs that is. I am coming from a wee Strom so the increase in power is exciting. How long until I get used to the side to side shake. Did I say that the power is addicting.
