Default Bead
Hi, I have a 1200 GS Adv with the spoked wheels and I run off road alot. I have the Heidenau and love them except I am careful with lowering the preseure too much for off road. They tend to lose the bead on these rims.

I had a front flat with no apparent reason and my dealer in Denver read me a message from Heidenau outlining the problem due to the rims being slightly too small for the tire. I have kept the pressure above 25 since then for off road. I know of someone else losing the bead during off road. The good news is the side wall is pretty stiff. Has anyone changed one of them in the field? I think it maybe impossible with a cold tire.
