Five GS riders (but only me on an R1200GS) headed north along the California coast. When the road turned east we kept going north on the dirt road that leads to California's Lost Coast. Day 2 of the ride was mostly dirt. My GS took one short nap during the ride.

See Sunday Morning Breakfast Club
The SMBC is made up of riders from around the bay area with most living on the peninsula. We ride to breakfast every Sunday morning, leaving Burlingame at 7:05 AM. The SMBC does not wait. A scheduled is published. If you miss the start you know where we're going and can meet us there. Many of the riders have MBS (Multiple Bike Syndrome). All makes and models are welcome. Our membership requirements are strict: show up. ![]() We make it difficult to quit: stop showing up. ![]() Twice a year the group goes to Death Valley. Some stay in the valley, others in Beatty (cheaper). I camp, usually alone. In two weeks is our annual ride to Gardnerville, Nv for dinner and awarding of the SMBC boot. Come join us. Ride with the main group, one of the smaller sub-groups, or alone. Most will leave Burlingame at 7 AM Saturday the 27th, meeting in Tracy at 8 AM for breakfast. |
