Mounting Gerbing Dual Controller

I made this mounting bracket for the Gerbing Dual Permanent Temp Controller rheostats. It attaches with the two bolts which hold the GPS mounting bracket and positions the control knobs and indicator LEDs at the bottom-left of the TFT screen as show in my photo. The bracket was fashioned from a 1 1/2 x 1/8 aluminum angle using a skill-saw, files and a drill press. I had my dealer, Razee of North Kingston RI install the wiring harness today. They did a great job and took great care to route the cables so as to avoid moving parts and hot areas. I rode home today with the Gerbing headed jacket attached. Temp was low 40's and it worked like a charm. Just about 1/4 rotation of the control had it plenty hot. I tried to find some good solution without luck so decided to fashion my own. So far it seems like a good solution. I was able to adjust the setting easily while riding and can see the LED, which I think is flashing when it is 'heating'. I may buy headed gloves at some point since my finger tips still get cold with the heated grips. Bring the Winter On...

Quite an elegant solution! I took the easy way out which was to buy a First Gear wireless controller (to use with my gerbings) that I Velcro to the handlebar clamp when I use it.

Did the controller knobs and led lights come from a Gerbing control or from some other source?
