Unhappy Schubert SRC system

Im having problems with my SRC system that I'm using with my C3 helmet.
I can listen to FM radio, I can connect to a MP3 player through the cable and I can see calls coming in via my Nav V sat nav.
However, when I connect the call, I can't hear the caller. They can hear me.

Has anyone had this issue before? If so, how did you resolve?

Thanks
Al

I had nothing but trouble with my SRC system. I finally gave up and switched to Senna

1. Prove to yourself that your microphone works

2. Mute and unmute your phone when on a call, maybe it's stuck on mute?
