R 1200 GS running rough

hello guys,
my R 1200 GHS is running rough. On my way home the other day she didn't take full acceleration but I could slowly increase speed. I have since cleaned the invisible filter, put her back together and she is still coughing and farting. I have ordered a new set of spark plugs and will try again. any ideas/help regarding the issue would be appreciated. if I cannot sort this I have a 10 hour drive to the nearest BMW shop with a diagnostic computer.

Knowing the year, mileage, maintenance history, etc., would help us do long-distance diagnosis...

Whizzy brakes, no FD drain plug, what's not to like?

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy
