I know some folks who have used them on their bikes. They’re pretty grippy so setting stuff like your helmet on there stays put.

Do I really have to wait until summer to install them? Somewhere on their website says it needs to be 85 degrees when installing.

Why not heat up the lid of the pannier with a heat gun? I donít think it was that hot when they installed theirs in mid December. Iíve heard the backing is really sticky so make sure youíre certain you have it properly lined up before pulling the backing off.

Thanks BikerPaul. I was thinking the same thing. The directions were not visible until after you opened up the sealed package. Installation instructions said to install at 80 degrees or use a heat gun and let the adhesive sit for 12 hours before using.

Good luck with them, Iím waiting on mine to arrive from Revzilla. An added benefit is you wonít blind other people because the sun is reflecting off the tops of the aluminum cases. Nearly every time I ride with someone who has the aluminum side cases without these on top, I get blinded at some point from the sun reflecting off them.

I installed mine on black cases...(No matter what orientation I put the original photos in, this site continually put them in this orientation)

Looks great! Mine showed up yesterday but I don’t have my side cases yet. They should be ready to pickup when I take my bike in for service on Saturday.
