Top case back rest ideas

Has anyone come up with a more comfortable back rest pad solution besides the standard stick-on ones available for the aluminum top case? I saw a YouTube video entitled "Comfortable Pillion Backrest" but it didn't have any information about where it could be purchased. I'd be interested in making one too but thought I'd check with this crowd to see if anyone has devised anything comfortable. Thanks!!

I hope my answer don't sound too 'preachy' but if your pillion feels it need more cushioning on the back, I strongly suggest a jacket with good back protection.

With a good back protector, the pad on the top case is more than enough.
