Smoking

Hi there. I am travelling through Namibia at the moment. I noticed today while the bike was idling there is some smoke coming from the exhaust. Not much but just enough to notice.
The bike was serviced 10k ago. Is this a sign I need to take it for a service? I was planning to service it back in South Africa...another 4-5k away.

If you have overfilled it with oil it can suck it in through the air filter and smoke. If it isn't overfilled you may have more problems than a service can fix. If the engine is burning oil and it isn't overfilled make sure you keep an eye on the oil level as to low will also damage the engine.

It could just be a bad tank of fuel. Run the tank dry and fill up from a known gas station brand.
