Rick92040 Red Rock canyon is a nice short ride. A longer ride north to Zion National Park would be outstanding. A ride to Death Valley National Park is also fun unless it's summer. If it is summer and your looking for a cool one day ride go to Mt. Charleston and have lunch at the restaurant in the Mt. Charleston Lodge. Fun place to go hiking as well. Hoover Dam has a very nice tour of the inside of the dam that's fun. Your also close enough to go to The Grand Canyon. If your looking for dirt roads to explore you'll need to wait for others to comment.

Ryno23 Ridden through and down to Vegas a few times, but I never really explored the nearby roads.
Here is a snapshot from Rever showing some of the better rides near Vegas. Hope it helps.

Vegas Area rides

Hi,
Headed to a conference in Vegas and then renting a new GS for 4 days of riding.
I know the area has plenty of great day rides, but I want to ensure I get the most out of my days.
Do you have any tried and true runs you can recommend?
Thx
Brian
