Slow24 | I have 20,000 miles or more on a seat concepts saddle and couldn’t be happier. Much better than the stock saddle which is way too soft |

fdbm17 | Stock low seat got me through ~36,000kms and from Toronto to St. John's, Newfoundland and back just fine. Another seat might be better, and I might look at something else eventually, but no problem doing 2+ hour sets all day long on freeways. |

On my GSA I tried an airhawk and an alaska leather before I ended up with a Sargent seat. Just couldn't get comfortable with the stock seat. Airhawk and Alaska worked for a few miles, but not any sort of distance. I had a Sargent on my GS also. Sargent makes a great seat. |

enzo5000 | I agree that the Sargent seat is the most comforatble for all day touring. The shape and 16" width at the back is the most generous I've found. |

northernleitz | Did you try Airhawks? My hips are not supported by anything stock so looking for the widest seat possible. |

BikerPilot | I have the standard on my R1250 exclusive and it is fine. Had the same on my R1200 triple black. However, the answer to these questions is always very personal and very from person to person, depend on your weight, riding style and other form factors best not described here 😉 |
