Greetings! I returned from travel this week and went out to start my 2007 R1200GS. Key was inserted, instrument cluster came up, kill switch to 'On', pushed the starter button...
...Heard a loud relay 'Thunk'
...Instrument cluster goes dark...And that's it.

Checked battery voltage, sitting at about 12-13V. No other obvious damage, smells, anything. We had rain here in Cali since I was gone, but she was covered down to the tires.

Any advice on further troubleshooting, or do I call for a tow?
Thanks!

Kept up troubleshooting, starting with the battery (thank you for the recommendation.) When I put her on the charger she was 11.5V, and the charger (Battery Tender Junior) said that she was at 80% after about 5 minutes, and fully charged 20 minutes later.

Put the battery back in at her new 12.5V level and Wham, the Beast starts right up.

Apparently she's sensitive to battery voltage. Now to look for a new battery.
