Ive recently purchased a 2018 R1200GS and i love it! i think I'm starting my midlife crisis so back to biking it is.
Ive only done a few hundred miles on the bike and right away I'm very happy with the performance and handling of the bike, its very well balanced and got a lot of low end torque.
I'm looking for advice on tyres breaks and any other helpful tips to maximise my riding pleasure.

Russell.

Hi and welcome.
You must be located in the ideal place to own a GS. Just head for the hills and enjoy.

Metzeler Tourance are good as it gets for mostly road riding.
Grip puppies make a big difference but do reduce heated grip power.
