Hi All been here a little bit but never posted. I currently changes out almost all of the black plastic out to matte carbon fiber as I only use this bike for the wife and I on road trips. It never sees dirt.
Are there any interest in stock plastics or should I just toss them?
For sale or are they just worthless?

... nothing in good condition is ever worthless on this bike. If they're not cramping you store them properly and put them on eBay for an interesting price and forget about them for a while... someone will come along.
