Driving to work as usual.
Stopped at stop sign.
Clutch hand slipped, tipped over on right!

CRAP!

Picked bike up.

Started up, foot slipped, bike tipped over on the right, AGAIN!!!

CRAP!

All this within 2 minutes!

Lower crash bars got a few minor scratched, Givi topcase got a few scratches, a few scratches on right hand guard!

now my back muscles ache!

Happy Thursday morning to me!

That has to be close to a new record at 2 drops in 2 minutes.
I expect to drop mine as it goes where I want to and that means scrapes and scuffs. Dropped it 4 times riding in Central America and managed to break a gas pump handle at a Pemex station. That cost me $1K pesos to make good. :grin2: It is also why I always keep the side cases on as it keeps the bike higher and easier for me to pick up. If your back is bothering you, maybe refresh yourself on the proper technique to pick up a bike with your lower back planted into the saddle and your legs doing the work.

Stay safe.

The back ache was from the first fall, not the lifting! The lifting I have aced with controlled testing a few weeks ago!

Such is life. If this is truly the worst "crash", I'm golden!
