I hope everyone is enjoying some sun finally! I had a pleasant interaction with another ADV rider I bumped into at my local bistro. The gentleman is a bit older and states that he saw me riding out last week and motivated him to thaw his KTM a bit earlier this season!

I enjoy riding year round even with snow up here in the PNW. Though I do suggest riding at your own risk, I found that the more I rode in the snow, the greater control I felt as I became comfortable in low traction environments.

Time to head up to the mountains and see what this GS can do. Lots of snow still but it’ll be fun to cross some melting snow streams.
