I seem to be having an issue with the left turn signal button. I have disassembled the left combo switch, cleaned it to the best of my ability at this time. It seems to work intermittently, but can't get it to work 100%. I am looking for this part on the web and I may have to sell a body part to replace it new. Any advice is welcome. I believe the part number is 61 31 7 704 627. Bike has ABS, ESA, etc.

Phots attached for reference.

Thanks

There are a few of them on ebay. It might be of use to buy a beat up one for cheap to figure out if it's possible to further disassemble the lower buttons. Oftentimes knowing where / how to pry is the key to lower level disassembly. Having a unit you can break apart to see how it's held together can be invaluable.

Without direct access to the contacts, cleaning is often futile. Also, once the plating on the contact material is worn through, it won't last long no matter how clean it is. Only way to know is careful examination with a magnifier after disassembly.
