Filling the earl was always a PITA with a traditional funnel becasue of the valve cover bolt going through the oil fill hole. So a DEF funnel from Mao-Mart trimmed the end and then slotted it for the bolt and it now clips into place and is level for easy filling.

Usually critical are first 5-10 seconds when use big 4liter bottle. With small bottles from 1l is easyer, when add small quantities. Anyway this is a better!

Is it a good idea to get the little cover on the thinga majigger behind the head there in the pics? I don't have a shop manual to identify that part, looks like a throttle body or something.
