I've recently picked up a 2016 R1200 GS Adventure. My prior/other ride is a Kawasaki KLR650, so I am really loving the upgrade! I'm fairly mechanically minded and looking forward to learning to handle my own maintenance. While the bulk of my daily riding will all be road and highway, I have plans to graduate to some BDR or BDRx routes over time.
